When Mike was young, he had two black spots at the end of his nose which looked kinda like nostrils. A number of people had commented about how cute they were. I recently noticed that the two spots have merged into one large heart-shaped spot - this came as a complete surprise to me! Here are some photos showing Mike's nose at various ages:
